fantastic location and excellent breakfast
perfect locationaccomodating staff
The location was perfect to reach tourist attractions but away from crowds. The hotel met all our needs, offering a superb room. Breakfast was really good (I loved the variety!). The staff were always accommodating.

small roomearly noise
the room felt smaller than expected. i also found the noise level early in the morning bothersome. cleaning staff started quite early, and i could hear footsteps in the hallway. i really wanted a quiet stay, but unfortunately, that was not the case.

I appreciated the friendly staff. they provided quick service and addressed requests without delay. our double room was spacious and clean. the hotel's location allowed easy access to key tourist spots by tram and on foot. i found the minibar prices surprisingly reasonable. I wish i had used it more!
The wooden staircase next to my room created considerable noise! every step echoed loudly. i also heard noise from the room above. It disrupted my sleep.

The staff provided excellent assistance. They were very helpful with directions. The breakfast had many choices. The room included nice lighting options, with bedside, general dim, and bright settings. The location was great as well. It was close to attractions and major bus stops. The room was very clean.
The staircase was made of wood. Every step made a loud noise. The noise was noticeable from my room.
